[MWR TMC] Handguard CAR-MC Kit

The CAR-MC handguard is a kit that includes both a handguard and a classic M4 front sight post with many cool features. It is specifically made to fit the TMC with its delta ring like feature and split top and bottom shroud to make it as close to the real world CAR-15 design as we can. 

We also included an optional picatinny mount that fits snug under the front post for a flashlight attachment point.

The whole assembly was tested on TMC factory barrel and 22mm diameter lapco/hammerhead barrels. 

To assemble,
-Mount the Delta ring base to your marker
-Combine both shroud halves and slide them into the delta ring
-Cap the shroud with the front cap ring
-Screw on your barrel of choice
-Attach necessary shims:
A) For TMC barrel use one of the 2 provided shims just behind the muzzle.
B) For 22mm straight barrels use both shims to support the front post and handguard front cap.
-Loosen all screws on the front post and decide if the picatinny rail attachment will be used. 
-If yes embed the picatinny mount in the space under the front sight.
-Making sure the sight and picatinny mound are aligned and screws loosened, slide the assembly over the muzzle and shims. Align front post rotation to center and tighten all screws until some resistance is felt. Confirm alignment and tighten the screws so the sight and picatinny will rotate with the barrel. Do not over tighten.

Your barrel can now be removed with the front sight attached.

-Handguard alone is 190mm long
-Handguard with sight is 240mm long
